Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• To provide Material and Logistics input to AFE/Well Cost Estimate formulations.
• Identification of potential logistical problems and their solution.

• Provide comprehensive information in a timely fashion regarding boat and personnel movements through the use of manifest, schedules, email and other written communications.
• Timely mobilization of all materials and equipment in co-operation wit Service Companies.
• Submission of end of well materials and logistics reconciliation report.
• Monitoring of sub-contractor performance – particularly in relation to HSE performance and the control of equipment, materials and personnel.
• Preparation of audit schedules for logistics services to monitor application of sub-contractor’s safety management systems.
• Work together with Drilling and Logistics Group and other related Departments.
• Performs non-routine task and attends such meetings as directed from time to time by the Logistic Superintendent and/or Drilling Superintendent or as opportunity presents in order to meet Company objectives. Ensure that he and all other relevant managers and staff are kept informed of all major opportunities, developments, problems or potential problems which will impact upon the business.

Qualification :

Lowongan Kerja November 2013 BPA / BPS Batch II Gelombang 2 PT Pertamina (Persero) - PT Pertamina (Persero) (dahulu bernama Perusahaan Pertambangan Minyak dan Gas Bumi Negara) adalah sebuah BUMN yang bertugas mengelola penambangan minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia. Pertamina pernah mempunyai monopoli pendirian SPBU di Indonesia, namun monopoli tersebut telah dihapuskan pemerintah pada tahun 2001. Pertamina adalah hasil gabungan dari perusahaan Pertamin dengan Permina yang didirikan pada tanggal 10 Desember 1957. Penggabungan ini terjadi pada 1968. Direktur utama (Dirut) yang menjabat saat ini adalah Karen Agustiawan yang dilantik oleh Menneg BUMN Syofan Djalil pada 5 Februari 2009 menggantikan Dirut yang lama Ari Hernanto Soemarno. Pelantikan Karen Agustiawan ini mencatat sejarah penting karena ia menjadi wanita pertama yang berhasil menduduki posisi puncak di perusahaan BUMN terbesar milik Indonesia itu.

COUNTRY MANAGER (INDONESIA)
The position reports to Director, Operations as well as Executive Director, Manufacturing & Engineering Division and will be responsible to the new business set-up and whole business operations in Indonesia.
Requirements
• Aged between 40-50 years old.
• Degree in engineering or finance or higher.
• At least 10 years experiences in automotive industry (especially in lube/parts/service); however, general manufacturing experience is also acceptable.
• Strong leadership and people management skill with a strong sense of responsibility and with the ability to organize and plan strategically.
• Willing to take initiatives and possess to drive to improve the business performance.
• Highly numerate, detailed-focus, and analytical with strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:
THE JOB
• To head and ensure successful new business setup set-up and smooth running of business in Indonesia.
• Responsible in formulating and implementing business plans and programs.
• Lead the daily operational review of the Indonesia Company’s productivity.
• Identify Production Plant performance such as Quality performance, production rate performance, machines availability and overall equipment effectiveness achievement in daily manufacturing management of automotive parts and Assembly operation.
• Point of contact for Enterprise Risk Management, analysis, execution and monitoring.
• Lead critical process and efficiency of operations in Indonesia as well as managing cost, budget and timelines of the business.
• Managing the partners i.e. maintaining effective, productive and harmonious relationship with the partners whilst ensuring projects stay on track.
• Report to Director, Operations as well as Executive Director, Manufacturing & Engineering Division and UMW top management on current progress and keys initiatives to meet business plan revenue and financials.

FINANCE MANAGER (INDONESIA)
The position reports to Country Manager in Indonesia.
Requirements:
• Age between 30-45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be able to lead the implementation of FLAG and knowledge of accounting policies & standards, Indonesia & Malaysian country laws and relevant financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the full spectrum of finance, treasury, forex, taxation, accounting & cost accounting, human resource and financial reporting functions.
• Champion the development & review of annual budgeting.
• Attend & present financial reports to BOD and EXCO at meeting of the company.
• Ensure compliance to Group Corporate Operating Policies on integrity, conduct & governance.
• Champion Financial analysis, its implications and corrective actions.
• Lead and manage cost, budget & timelines.
• Ensure management accounts and audited accounts are reviewed and reported on a timely basis and are consistent with and adhere to UMW Group accounting policies & standards, Indonesia Laws, Malaysian Laws and other relevant financial regulations.
• Lead the implementation of FLAG and Observe FLAG, company guidelines and reporting to stakeholders
• Lead the development and establishment of standard operating procedures whilst being compliant to UMW Group practice and procurement guidelines.
