  6. Jenjang Pendidikan SMK :
    • Akreditasi A.
    • Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang baik dengan nilai TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) sekurang-kurangnya 475 khusus jenjang pendidikan Strata 3 (S3), Strata 2 (S2), Strata 1 (S1) dan Diploma IV (D.IV).
  7. Setiap pelamar hanya diperkenankan mendaftar untuk satu jabatan dan satu wilayah.
  8. Tersedia 1 (satu) formasi untuk penyandang cacat (disabilitas) untuk penempatan di Kantor Pusat Kementerian Perindustrian dengan kriteria disabilitas kaki.
  9. Tersedia 2 (dua) formasi untuk putra/putri Papua untuk penempatan di Kantor Pusat Kementerian Perindustrian dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :
