Responsibilities:
Primary Purpose of the position:

  • Maintain and provide support for expatriate permit documentation and process.
  • Keep good relation with related parties: Manpower office, immigration office, and agent
  • Provide advice and assistance relating in HR functions to employees fairly and in timely manner to ensure people are treated in accordance with employment law and Company Policies and Procedures
  • Responsible for other HR administration processes
Requirements:
  • Professionally qualified in the Human Resources field
  • Has 3 - 5 years working experiences in Human Resources
  • Good knowledge of Employment Law and changes in HR practice, including equal opportunities/diversity issues, and their impact to HR and the organization
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent spoken and written in English is required, together with strong interpersonal skill, good communication skills, and responsiveness

Production Manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that production activities are carried out in the most effective manner and meet agreed quality, efficiency and delivery standards
• Minimize reject, waste and defect levels to ensure manufacturing costs are contained and enhance product competitiveness
• Ensure all planning, production orders and transfer to final stock are transacted through the ERP system on a daily basis
• Ensure that all raw materials, manufacturing / trading good items and manufacturing processes conform to the company specifications and quality standards
• Work on the production budgets to enable expenditure and cost control
• Make sure that preventive and corrective maintenance plans are carried out consistently to minimize breakdowns and optimize machine availability
• Ensure that all machines are operating as per the defined parameter to maximize of output and achieve efficiency
• Identify the HR requirements and training needs for his employees to ensure continuity in succession planning and rotation functions
• Ensure stocks of raw materials and spare parts are ordered in accordance to the max/min agreed upon stock levels
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls across the production section to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude

Requirements:
• Engineering degree (S1) with at least 10 years of working experience
• Managerial experience of minimum 3 years in a PVC manufacturing/processing facility
• Knowledge of required quality standards, visual defects
• Technical knowledge of raw materials, products and processes quality control procedure
• Team leader and good communication skills.
• Good planner with ability to delegate
• Good command of English and Indonesian

IT Manager

Responsibilities:
• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP)
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development
• Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
• Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
• Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures
• Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience with at least 2 years at management level on Windows hardware and server, networks and data systems.
• Capable of system backup, database backup and restore
• Network configuration, VPN setup and Firewall security
• Hands on experience in manufacturing ERP system
• Effective written, verbal, presentation and listening communication skills
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia in writing and speaking
• Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin a plus


Asst. Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Buyers and purchasing staff to optimize supplier processes
• Engage directly in the company’s supply chain process to ensure that all customs material movements are completed, recorded accurately, and follow scheduled plan
• Provide & development of reports and relevant policies relating to Logistics and Customs Clearance
• Plan, organize, track and disseminate information related to Raw Material suppliers.
• Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance and competitive pricing
• Formulate and implement yearly commodity and supply base strategy
• Participate in purchasing related internal meetings, including making presentations to senior management
• Maintain up to date supply base information database
• Leading yearly cost reductions activities
• Provide guidance and share best practices (experiences) with junior purchasing staff
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure an efficient and professional operation consistent with corporate vision

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in Purchasing Fields with at least 3 years in handling export and import.
• Experience in price negotiation and organize regular vendor survey / review meeting based on vendor performance index
• Experience in commercial products
• Experience in ERP system like SAP, Dynamic AX will be an advantage
• Proactive, multitask and adapt very well in fast moving environment and stress condition
• Organize, Meticulous, and self-motivated
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia in writing and speaking
• Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin a plus

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Perform general reporting and analysis activities for score carding of suppliers.
• Validate site pricing through implementation of a common cost review and pricing process.
• Assist in the supply chain transfer and risk management for NPI.
