DBSI Technology & Operations Graduate Associate Program (DBSI T&O GAP)
Job Description:
Successful candidates will join a competitive and comprehensive 24 months training program where they will be exposed to the activities of various units in Technology and Operations. You will represent DBS Indonesia to join the 1 month prestigious training in the DBS Head Office, Singapore to learn about how a modern bank operates in a highly competitive environment and you will be exposed to the state-of-the-art technology used in banking. Upon finishing the program you will have the opportunity to hold various challenging positions within the Technology and Operations area.
Requirement:
• Possess Bachelor (S1) or Master degree (S2) in Engineering / IT / IS from reputable local/ overseas university, with a minimum GPA at least of 3.20
• Possess maximum 2 years working experience
• Good command of English (verbal & written), and sufficient knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
• Not more than 27 years old
• A highly driven and motivated self starter with a strong commitment in achieving career and personal goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have a strong interest in technology and business process engineering.
Treasures Development Program (TDP)
Job Description:
Successful candidates will join a competitive and comprehensive 6 months training program in the bank where they will be equipped with all the required skills to become a successful Relationship Manager (Treasures/Priority). Upon training program they will be responsible in growing the bank’s portfolio and revenue through the products and services to existing customers and new customers. They will also provide financial advice and assist customers on daily banking activities
Requirement:
• Posses passion to serve & grow Consumer Banking especially Treasures/ Priority Business
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, preferably from financial institutions (bank, insurance, futures, etc)
• Possess maximum 2 years working experience
• Possess Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 2.75
• Fluent in English, both verbal & written
• Not more than 27 years old by the end of the year
• A high achiever, a self starter, and result oriented
• Easygoing, with pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
Small Medium Enterprise Development Program (SME DP)
Job Description:
Successful candidates will join a competitive and comprehensive 24 months training program in the bank where they will be equipped with all the required skills to become a successful Relationship Manager. Upon training program successful candidates will be responsible in analyze the clients requirements and formulate innovative financial solutions to meet their strategic goals as well as structure their credit requirements to ensure good credit quality.
