DRILLING BUNDLED SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER, IPM DEPARTMENT Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having more than 5 years of related oil field experience preferably with good exposure and understanding of all aspects of well construction including drilling, mud, logging, cementing, perforating, completion etc.
  • Must possess good oral and written English skills.
  • Should possess excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills, negotiation ability and a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Direct reporting to ENECAL General Manager and dotted reporting to Accounts Director.
  • Main responsibility is to make sure that all IPM projects are properly planned and delivered. Tasks include but not limited to the following:
  • Lead tender process for IPM projects.
  • Negotiate contract terms & conditions with clients and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Form alliance agreement with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Hiring, training & supervising project supervisors.
  • Ensure that IPM drilling projects are delivered on time and at cost.
  • Work closely with Enecal product & service group and 3rd party suppliers to ensure service quality and smooth jobs delivery.
  • Work closely procurement department to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Focal point of contact with customers for operational issues and to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • The personnel will be required to work with the Business Development department on drilling IPM tenders and pursuits.
  • Must be highly pro-active and able to work independently or as part of a team.
