We are reinforcing our Commercial teams and creating the following position :

• RECEPTIONIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive the phone call from incoming call (outside ) who need information and contact to the company and transferring for the receiver
• Taking note all message from incoming call
• Handling phone call for all requested from internal ( all dept ) to their clients and relating for company business
• Update the list telephone for employee, distributor supplier, clients and list of phone extension.
• Handling visitors for business purpose and receiving all incoming documents, letters and distribute to the address
• Handling couriers (domestic, international) and arranging for sending all letters from all department
• Checking the bills from couriers (post offices, domestic courier and international) and reporting the monthly expenses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Female 22 - 25 years old
• Degree (S1) Communication / Administration
• Min 1 year experience in the same field / position, preferably working for foreign company
• Detail, good Personality and good communication skill and simple administration 
• Customer oriented, sense of service to customer
• Good command of English (oral & written) & MS.Office
