RESOURCES GEOLOGIST

  • Job Description and Responsibilities: The Resources Geologist is reporting to Exploration Manager. Responsible for minerals resources calculation in accordance with JORC standards.
  • Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 3 years experience in similar position
  • Able to operating mining software (Surpac, Auto cad, and Map Info)
  • Having good analytical skill
  • Male / Female, Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering
  • Mature, self-motivates, and can work with team
  • Willing to be posted in Head Office Jakarta

MINE PLANNING ENGINEER SUPERVISOR/SUPERINTENDENT
  • Job Description and Responsibilities: Supporting the Planning Manager/Superintendent to develop short, medium and long term planning activities for the mining operations.
  • Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 7 years experience for Superintendent and 2 years for Supervisor in similar position
  • Extensive experience in planning and scheduling
  • Able to operating mining software (Surpac, Minescape, Surfer and Map Info)
  • Male, Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
  • Good understanding in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining methods and equipment.
  • Having good analytical skill
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Willing to be posted in mining site

MINING SENIOR SUPERVISOR (MSV)
Min. Diploma degree with extensive experience

  • Experience for min. 4 years
  • Familiar with heavy equipment
  • Have the POP certification and other related work licenses
  • Able to operate supporting system and understand related rules and regulations.
  • Able to supervise the mining operation process (land clearing, coal mining, overburden removal, dumping, spreading, stock piling)
  • Posses strong leadership skill and able to lead the team

SENIOR MINE ENGINEER (MER)
  • Min. Diploma degree with min. 5 years extensive experience.
  • Certified POP
  • Strong ability in analyzing production process including all related equipment, and make improvement recommendations as needed.
  • Understand mid and/or long-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering
  • Able to operate minescape and XPAC mining software

PROJECT MANAGER (PRM)
  • Min. Diploma degree with related experience
  • Experience as Project Manager for 3-4 years
  • Able to manage plant operational and production
  • Understand about HSE Management system
  • Certified POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya)
  • Good adaptability and highly self-motivated
  • Posses strong leadership skill and able to lead the team
  • Good communication skill (verbal & written) in English

TECHNICAL SERVICES SUPERINTENDENT (TSE)
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Mining / Civil / Geology
  • Have POP certification
  • Understand short-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering
  • Able to operate minescape mining software. Proficiency on using XPAC is an advantage.

SURVEYOR (SUV)
  • Min. Diploma Degree with extensive experience
  • Experience as Surveyor in Mining industry (preferably coal mining), for more than 2 years.
  • Understand and able to work the topographic survey machine and equipment.

PROJECT SECRETARY (PJS)
  • Project Secretary will place in site with main responsibility to assist Project Manager.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project secretarial or similar role preferably within the industry.
  • Able to effectively carry out duties within tight time frames
  • High attention to detail for all aspects of secretarial responsibilities is a must
  • Proficient in English
  • Good verbal and written communication skill.
  • Advanced MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) skills.
  • Knowledge of controlling correspondence and documents including ability to maintain both electronic and hard copy filing as per project procedures.
  • Diplomatic manner and able to keep sensitive information confidential.

DATA MINING ANALYST (DMA)
  • Data Mining Analyst will placed in Head Office (Jakarta) to support strategic initiatives function.
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Min. 2 years experience in handling database
  • Expertise in Ms. Excel and/or Ms. Access
  • Good logical and analytical thinking
  • Interest in working with details
  • Proficient in English is a must, and good communication skill.
