Duty Manager required for Maharani Beach Hotel

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to gain a position in a popular recently refurbished 3 star hotel. In the position you will be responsible to oversee our Front Office team, Housekeeping Department, and our small Spa and Security departments. You will also be accountable for guest service and monitoring control systems and contributing towards the overall smooth running of the property in the absence of the General Manager. On a shift basis you will be required to assist in all areas as required and deal with guest enquires and and come up with solutions. You will assist with staff schedules and staffing requirements to ensure a smooth operation .

About You
We are seeking candidates that are well presented with excellent communication skills and experience in a similar role in a medium sized hotel. Ideally you will have experience in operating Hotel Management Systems such as VHP or similar and have supervised a team on a shift basis. You must be passionate and dedicated to your role and the property and positive in your outlook to your duties. Attention to detail, organisational skills and initiative are important qualities.
