SUPERVISOR PLUMBING AND PIPING MAINTENANCE (FS 0340)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in scope of plumbing maintenance at Mine Industry.
  • Well knowledge with plumbing maintenance scope of work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others and contribute to a harmonious working environment.
  • Min Senior High School Technical with experience 8 years. Preferably engineering degree.
  • Valid SIM A.
  • Well Understanding plumbing high standard quality.
  • Dedication to the work to fulfill call out 24 hours/day.

SUPERVISOR CIVIL BUILDING MAINTENANCE (FS 0341)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in scope of building maintenance at Mine Industry.
  • Well knowledge with building maintenance scope of work.
  • Min Senior High School Technical with experience 8 years. Preferably civil degree.
  • Valid SIM A.
  • Well Understanding civil and building high standard quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others and contribute to a harmonious working environment.
  • Dedication to the work to fulfill call out 24 hours/day.

SENIOR ENGINEER MINE OPERATION (MD 0343)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having of 7 years working experience within hydrogeology aspect of active operating mines and Experience in a metalliferous mining operation environmental will be preferred.
  • Tertiary qualification in Hydrogeology or Geology.
  • Experience in Hydrology Mapping and Analysis.
  • Experience on Environmental/geotechnical aspects related with hydrology issues.
  • Post tertiary studies in a related field & POP Certificate.
  • Computer Hydrogeology/ geotechnical skills will be preferred.
  • Proven experience in the plan, monitor, supervise Geotech/Hydrology of drilling activities, equipment monitoring such as dewatering, horizontal drilling, VWP, TDR, Inclinometer, open hole, etc.
  • Knowledge and Experience of groundwater/surface water modelling software.
  • Ability to make a mine hydrology report and Competence in speaking, reading and writing English.

1. PORT CAPTAIN (PCT)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Technical / Marine Engineering and holding ANT III (minimum).
• Having 2 years experience in mining operation, handling barges and vessels movement.
• Good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities.
• Good knowledge of marine and sea transportation rules and regulations.
• Good knowledge of Marine Contract Administration and Insurance Claim.
• Computer literate (mining software, MS Word, MS Excel).
• Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations.
• Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written).

2. MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM SUPERVISOR (MIS)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Information System, Information Technology, Computer System, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Having 4 years experience in in the same position.
• Experience in Networking, windows server administration, Programming, Database, Reporting.
• Experience and having knowledge in software development (Both Dekstop and Web based).
• Experience in domain controller and exchange server.
• Experience in designing and database system such as HRIS, inventory system, purchasing, production etc.
• Good understanding in Visual Basic, Ms. Access, Java, Crystal Report and SQL.
• Good understanding in trouble shooting hardware and software.
• Good knowledge and experience in develop IT Project implementation.
• Assertive, possess good time management, has sound analytical problem solving, good teamwork and communication skill.
• Good analytical and logical skill.
• Able to work in a team and/or independently with high responsibility.
• Good in English both written and spoken.

3. INDUSTRIAL RELATION OFFICER (IRO)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Law.
• Having 3 years experience in the administration, business processes and Management of Industrial Relation preferably in Mining company.
• Fully understanding of Indonesian manpower regulation.
• Good understanding of HR relationship with community and Government issues.
• Experience to handle various cases of Industrial Relation Dispute Settlement.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership skills as well ability to sense and asses situation which are critical to keep Industrial peace. Within the organization.
• Team and customer services oriented.
• Strong organizational commitment.

4. CIVIL ENGINEER (CIV)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Civil engineering.
• Having 3 years experience in project development engineering / construction in mining company.
• Strong knowledge in mine studies and engineering & construction related to mine site infrastructure.
• Good skill at Auto CAD software.
• Commercial and communication skills are a benefit.
• Experience in preparing the technical & commercial proposals.

5. HYDROGEOLOGY ENGINEER (HYD)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering.
• Having experience in Hydrogeology with an interest in geotechnical.
• Having background in GIS.
• Competent in modeling and analysis of hydrogeology design.
• Understanding of geotechnical and civil engineering design and construction.
• Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written).
