Sales Project - Semarang

Responsibilities:
  • Report schedule and work activities to Sales Manager
  • Increase the company products in project sectors through maximizes sales performance in residential , commercial , and industrial.
  • Provide sustainable excellence service to project as well as building good relationship with project owner , contractors , architects , and related parties.
Requirements:
  • Age between 23 – 30 years old.
  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Engineering( Civil ) , Architects , or Interior Design
  • Good interpersonal ,selling skill , and result oriented.
  • Has good networks with the project stakeholders (Architect , Contractors , Building owner , Developer  etc ) .
  • At least 2-4 years proven and successful track record as project sales preferred in building material business.
  • Computer literate :  Ms. Word ,  Ms. Excel , & Power Point
  • Good communication in english ( oral & written )
  • Independent self work and able to cooperate in  team work.
  • Outstanding in presentation skill and salesmanship skills.
  • Self driver and having driving license
  • Willing to travel
