Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum graduate ( S.1 ) qualification. Post graduate in management or Human Resources preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years working experience of which at least 10 years must be in manufacturing companies.Experience in multinational companies preferred
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, talent development, training needs analysis, recruitment, retention, career development
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good networking with professional HR associations
- Positive attitude, maturity and good interpersonal skills
- Willing to commit to long term career in Medan
- Familiar with Computer ( MS.Office)
