CSO (Client Service Officer) for Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:
-Assisting RM in handling the transaction and maintain service excellent
-Ensure client transactions are served within SLA
-Liaise with other related departments/units
-Manage and monitor Exceptional handling
-Record complaint and assist RMs in responding customers’ queries/complaint
-Follow up completion of documents as well as supporting documents from customers related to transaction or accounts
-Follow up and perform call for matured facility and fixed deposits
-Adherence of the new internal and external policies, DOA and SOP
-Ensure all necessary reports are recorded and submitted timely
Requirements:
-Full-Time, Contract and Temporary position available.
-Fluent in English, both verbal and written
-Easy going with pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work fast and under pressure
-Familliar with excel program and numbers
