Requirements

Manager Pricing & Projects (Surabaya)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the financial planning and reporting processes for cluster headcount, FME and
R&D costs
- Ensure integrity, accuracy and timeliness of headcount, FME and R&D budgets and
deviation analysis for the Cluster
- Ensure that the Cluster manufacturing affiliates establish intercompany prices in line with
recognised arms-length principles in coordination with Regional Direct/Indirect Tax teams
- Perform regular intercompany pricing reviews
- Provide timely and accurate product costing to support the CPC/Gate process and
blending initiatives - During post-commercialization, coordinate material deviations in product costs
- Perform timely and accurate financial analysis
- Promote the use of efficient systems and technology to support manufacturing cost
budgeting, reporting & analysis and intercompany pricing and ensure continental alignment of
such system
Requirements
- University Degree in Business, preferably Finance/Economics
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an operations finance function
- Excellent English (written & spoken)
- Good presentation and project management skills
- Solid knowledge of Capex processes, systems and procedures
- Knowledge of business models and SAP is a plus
- Experience in multinational environment is an advantage
- Full command of Microsoft Office Programs
