1. Account Manager (Indonesia) - JakartaReach for new revenue-generating heights as a Sales Googler. Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers to embrace Google's latest advertising products and technologies. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
Responsibilities:
- Own the booking, upselling and management of your direct clients.
- Report on sales figures internally and take ownership with the leader of your vertical.
- Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
- Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their ROI.
- Manage ongoing customer training in all Google advertising solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a client-facing role.
- Proven track record in advertising sales and media account management.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesian.
2. Agency Relationship Manager - JakartaAs a Google Agency Relationship Manager, you'll collaborate closely with agency representatives, serve as their ambassador within Google, evangelize new Google products and technologies throughout the agency, identify sales and business-development opportunities, and develop and manage strong relationships with agency influencers and decision-makers. Your objectives are to develop and close new business, increase existing business to maximize revenue, as part of Google's Sales team with research, market analysis and other critical information, and be responsive to all agency needs. You'll also collaborate with Google's Direct Sales teams to exchange knowledge regarding client needs in specific industry sectors. Among your many attributes, you are persuasive, gregarious, self-starting, a natural leader and skilled at solving problems and explaining complex issues. You possess excellent communication/presentation skills at the senior level as well as the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business. You're particularly adept at developing close, one-on-one relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Evangelize Google within the advertising agency community.
- Solidify relationships and drive revenue growth with targeted agencies.
- Help agencies grow their client base and drive revenue growth with customers in a relevant industry.
- Devise partnership-building strategies with the Agency Head.
- Develop best practices, training and benchmarking initiatives to optimize agency.
Minimum Qualifications:

3. Head of Agency Relations - JakartaIn this role you will collaborate closely with advertising agency partners, serve as their ambassador within Google, evangelise new Google products and technologies throughout the agency, identify sales and business-development opportunities, and develop and manage strong relationships with agency influencers and decision-makers. Your objectives are to develop new business opportunities, increase existing business to maximise revenue, support Google's Sales team with research, market analysis and other critical information, and be responsive to all agency needs. You'll also collaborate with Google's industry sales teams to exchange knowledge regarding client and agency needs in specific industry sectors. 4. Industry Manager, Travel/Finance (Indonesia) - JakartaYou will be involved in Google's sales and business development operations within Indonesia. As a Google Industry Manager, you'll provide advertising solutions to consumers and businesses within the Tech and Finance verticals. This job is a mix of finding and managing new and existing business customer relationships. Working closely with the Industry Head to develop Google's marketplace, you'll combine a penchant for the industry and demonstrated fluency in the language of media with strong presentation and communication skills. You'll own the relationships with clients and agencies, targeting, educating and developing new clients to grow the business in un- penetrated territory. This means you have excellent client-servicing and relationship skills along with the entrepreneurial drive to approach and persuade new and existing customers with large, multi-faceted propositions.
Responsibilities:
- Target new Travel and Finance customers and develop strong relationships with clients and their marketing services agencies.
- Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations.
- Collaborate and consult with major customers with the goal of extending relationships, increasing your client and agency base and optimizing their advertising expenditures.
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an evangelist at targeted events and conferences.
- Champion new product releases, internally and externally.
Requirements:
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.
- Solid media experience, preferable online, with a good understanding of search.
- Strong sales and deal-closing behaviors. Substantial experience in business development, client relationship and servicing skills, and consultative selling, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Established network of contacts and considerable sales experience within the Travel or Finance sector.
- Strong ability to mentor account managers in an effort to drive their performance.
- Strong knowledge of Google products such as AdWords.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
5. Online Campaign Manager, Travel/Finance - JakartaYou will be involved in Google's sales and business development operations within Indonesia. This is a creative role that calls for the highest levels of strategic and analytical thinking, a strong affinity for the craft of language and a fondness for consulting closely with clients. As an Account Strategist, you'll distill the essence of our clients' products and services into targeted keyword lists and text advertisements that connect our advertisers with customers. You will also collaborate with our Sales and Operations team to work closely with clients to maximise the performance of these highly targeted ads.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse online marketing and campaign performance data in order to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimise ad campaigns
- Control editorial quality and consult with Clients on campaigns
- Leverage your deep understanding of clients' websites and products to develop creative content for their text ads
- Encourage advertisers to incorporate Google's variety of ROI-oriented ad strategies
- Provide customer training and orientation on Google products such as Google Analytics
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent with excellent academic record
- Previous experience or strong interest in Travel or Finance sectors a plus
- Demonstrated excellence in writing/editing and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, ability to complete large volumes of work quickly
- Significant problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proven track record in high productivity and meeting deadlines
