Senior NPI Delivery Manager
Jakarta

Job Purpose and Key Deliverables:
• The Senior NPI Delivery Manager has dual responsibilities (1) To manage the end-to-end deployment of locally driven NPI CAP 2 / CAP 3 rated projects. This role may also play a functional expert role within a regionally managed CAP 2 or CAP 3 rated for a period of time until full handover to the market. (2) To manage the project portfolio of a market / area ensuring disciplined and effective NPI project management is embedded in accordance with Group Standards for Decision Rights, Protocols and NEXUS 2.0 system usage against audit compliance.
• This project and sub-portfolio management role is key to ensuring the establishment of the initial and necessary capability within the region or area (Operations and Marketing) to efficiently deliver successful launches in meeting consumer needs. This role also leads the change management and discipline required to project manage NPIsin accordance with planned timing, volume, cost and quality whilst balancing associated risks and interdependencies for the business. The role provides the region with a consolidated view of the market project portfolio or Regional Kretek Programme of Projects to the relevant governance forums (PDT / RNPI / RPSG).

Essential Requirements:
• Proven ability to successfully manage projects through strong project management, and excellent knowledge of Prince 2 principles and disciplines
• Good organisational skills with inherent discipline in keeping documentation and protocals on projects up-to-date and in order and drive compliance to the NPI Decision Rights
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of leading teams to success in challenging environments.
• Ability to operate as a functional and NPI process authority supported by a sound knowledge base of Operations (including tobacco processing technology and machinery, product and packaging development, product quality, supply chain techniques and processes) and Marketing (including the end-to-end NPI process, marketing principles, cycle plan management, central brand management and governance)
• Ability to shape and drive initiatives to a conclusion for decision making
• Ability to think and act strategically
• Ability to absorb complex and diverse issues within & outside of own. Solid business acumen
• Ability to focus on delivering results in times of great pressure and ambiguity
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels, and an ability to influence others without authority
