Information System Staff (Subject Email : IS Staff)
Responsibilities:
• Maintain & monitor appointed business application / system
• Respond to user requests for problem/issue troubleshooting & solutions, as well as conducting escalation from Helpdesk/IS user support.
• Evaluate system usage and continuously providing feedback for current process improvement to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring in Information System/ Information Technology/ Electrical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Solid experience in database administration & troubleshooting.
• Familiar with MRP/ERP concept/ Accounting/Manufacturing process is an advantage
• Male/Female, age max. 28 years old.
• Have good analytical thinking and problem solving skill.
• Have good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & customer oriented mindset.
• Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, independent as well as strong teamwork capability.
• Able to communicate in English (both oral and written).
Information System Analyst (Subject Email : IS Spv)
Responsibilities:
• Identify user requirements, problems & needs.
• Analyze & design business applications/software.
• Conduct system testing & trial, user training and acceptance test.
• Implement & monitor the project until go-live.
• Supervise and develop team members as well as project members.
• Produce reports and required proposal and any documentation necessary for the projects.
• Evaluate system usage and continuously providing feedback for current process improvement to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
