YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
YOU will be working as member of Information System function that supports the company. will represent Information System in designated region also ensure IS support process are delivered according to company standard and methodology
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree (S1) in IT, IS, or Engineering majors. Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Minimum 2 year experiences in IT Customer Service / Desk Support
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Proficient Knowledge in End User Computing Devices (HW, OS & SW) – Focusing on Microsoft Office : install, configuration, troubleshoot and Windows XP
• Concepts of Customer Service & Operational Excellence
