1. Pipeline & Asset Integrity Engineer Onshore

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
• Assist Operations on full life cycle asset integrity engineering of all plant fixed equipment. Apply long-term strategic engineering solutions to prevent corrosion and optimize production.
• Ensure the asset registry for all fixed equipment is maintained
• Communicate threats to asset integrity of fixed equipment to operations
• Implement/support risk based inspection programs to improve asset integrity
• Implement/support asset integrity condition management strategies and programs for loss containment purposes including corrosion management
• Carry out routine analysis of inspection and conditioning management programs, keeping record of asset deterioration patterns and behaviors
• Troubleshoot fixed equipment recurrent problems and apply root case analysis (RCA) practices to equipment failure investigations
• Maintain ownership of the Degradation Manuals and ensure they are up to date and accurately reflect any changes identified due to process changes, turnaround inspections or monitoring programs
• Support the asset integrity continuous improvement program incorporating strategies, polices, codes of practice, procedures, specifications and guidelines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
Typically 5+ years of pressure equipment integrity/corrosion management engineering experience in a role supporting plant operations with an Engineering Degree (S1) or an Engineering Technical Diploma (D3)

Familiarity with and understanding of:
• Pressure equipment integrity/corrosion management

2. Performance Monitoring System Engineer

Responsibilities:
The Performance Monitoring System Engineer is responsible to provide robust performance monitoring system with data integrity, provide appropriate plots for troubleshooting, advice running strategy for optimum overhaul schedule for all ConocoPhillips Indonesia (COPI) major Turbomachinery.

Specific responsibilities may include:
• Data acquisition and integrity for performance monitoring system and condition monitoring system. Integration System & Solution analyst for any discrepancies of performance monitoring tools.• Managing software license applicable for performance monitoring, condition monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Monitoring and reporting performance and condition of Turbomachinery.
• Data presentation for performance analysis, condition analysis and troubleshooting.
• Planning & optimization of Turbomachinery inspection and overhaul. Advise running strategy Turbomachinery operation for optimum cost.
• Remote witness test for Turbomachinery performance and condition.
• Technical data and action register for Turbomachinery such as service bulletins and specification.

• External and internal reporting on Turbomachinery.
• Development of Turbomachinery collaboration center. Enhance with new technology such as Predictive Analytics.

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Description:
The main purpose of this role is to provide process engineering technical expertise and services focused on technical support and explore improvement opportunities, troubleshooting and optimization of facilities operations. In addition, provide further feasibility assessment / study up to decision on selected option. The other role is to demonstrate and champion the knowledge sharing activities and engage with network of excellence within ConocoPhillips.

Responsibilities:
• Champion in optimization of oil and gas production
• Evaluate Process, Equipment, and simulation modelling sizing against the actual for optimization purpose.
• Assist Operation and Project Departments for developing operating procedure, as well as commissioning and start up procedure for production facilities.
• Prepare all aspect of process design requirements including the compilation of scopes of work and specifications for conceptual and FEL development.• Ensure the contractor's technical work scopes are executed in accordance with Contract specifications, contract technical requirements and Industry codes & standards.

Additional Information:
This person will be the senior process person in the team, with the ability to work independently as well as guiding other process engineers. Shall continuously demonstrate  leadership competency while holding this role and responsibilities.

Basic/Required Qualifications:
• BSc degree (S2) in Chemical Engineering
• Having more than 7 years working experience in process engineering design, operation and optimization in the oil & gas industry

4. Senior Performance Monitoring & Optimization Engineer

BASIC PURPOSE:
• To ensure COPI compression and power generation units are operated at optimum condition by providing guidance and direction to Rotating Equipment Supervisor, Maintenance and Operation personnel.
• To monitor performance of COPI compression and power generation units.
• To minimize unscheduled shutdown of compression and power generation units by doing immediate troubleshooting support utilizing various diagnostic tools
• To provide guidance, recommendation or instruction to Offshore/ Onshore Service Engineer.
• To analyze/ interpret and report performance of compressor, gas turbine and major/ critical rotating equipment and capable to rate the performance.
• To review boroscope inspection on gas turbine reported by Offshore/ Onshore Service Engineers.
• To review shop performance test report or witness shop performance test for compressor and gas turbine and adjust the performance monitoring system accordingly.
• To identify areas of opportunity to optimize process system for production gain.

NATURE AND SCOPE:
• Advise Onshore and Offshore Operation and Maintenance personnel in optimizing operation, improving performance and troubleshooting of compression and power generation units.• The role of the position is to support Maintenance Excellence team in providing condition assessment of major/ critical rotating equipment.
• The role requires technical proficiency, analysis skill, certification, and experience in troubleshooting and communications skills with onshore and offshore operation personnel.
• This is Jakarta-based job.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
• Intensive communication is a must with onshore and offshore Operation and Maintenance personnel. • Weekly Turbomachinery performance reporting to Maintenance - Operation Service Coordinator, Reliability Engineer and Rotatining Equipment Engineer on onshore and offhore compression and power generation performance and opprtunitiy for optimization.• Data review on performance of compression and power generation units.
• Site investigation on abnormal performance data and provide failure prevention in advance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
• Hold bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical or Process Engineering                                            
• At least 5 years experience in maintenance and operation of Turbomachinery.
