SERVICE SPECIALIST II – TESTING & SUBSEA
Qualification & Experience:
- Carry out Rig Visit and do equipment layout and drawings.
- Must be able to navigate data books and perform QA related tasks related to Surface Well Test equipment and operations.
- Must be able to pressure test SWT equipment safely.
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of Diploma Degree or similar education and 3 to 5 years Surface Well experience.
- Must be able to interpret P&ID.
- Must be able to explain the function of the mobilization documentation. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations as well as more detailed calculation understanding – i.e. choke coefficients, oil and gas calculations, meter factors, hanging burners, etc. is required.
- Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Power Point
- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Performs all phases of the rigging up and down of Surface Well Test (SWT) at location
- Carry out Proper Maintenance of SWT equipment both at location and in shop
- Perform SWT job in a safe manner, Processing of well bore fluids during well testing operations and providing the customer with essential reservoir information by the use of (but not limited to): Surface Well.
- Test and Surface Pressure Control equipment packages. Collect PVT samples from Separator.
- Responsible/Supervises all activities related to maintaining, rigging up, pressure/function testing and operating equipment at the customer location/site. Monitors instruments and performs necessary calculations to assure quality of data/job. Consults with customers concerning services and products, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and assures customer satisfaction with results. Properly maintains assigned equipment and monitors compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent Leadership and Communication skills are required as well as a thorough understanding of all HSE related systems and processes applicable to SWT.
- Conducts pre-job toolbox safety meetings, reviews and verifies job plan with customer representative.
- Completes all job documentation to include: Job Ticket, Job History Report, CV Metrics/KPI, Job Log, Job Summary etc.
- Must be able to troubleshoot most jobs with minimal direction. Job tasks, correctly performed.
SERVICE OPERATOR I – TESTING & SUBSEA
Qualification & Experience:
- Must be able to perform basic QA related tasks related to Surface Well Test equipment and operations.
- Must be able to pressure test SWT equipment safely.
- Skills typically acquired through completion of Diploma Degree or similar education and 2 to 3 years Surface Well Test.
- Understand P&ID and equipment layout.
- Must be able to explain the function of preparation equipment for load out. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and understanding – i.e. choke coefficients, oil and gas calculations, meter factors, etc. is required.
- Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Power Point will be an advantage.
- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Carry out Proper Maintenance of SWT equipment both at location and in shop under supervision
- Assist all phases of the rigging up and down of Surface Well Test (SWT) at location.
- Assist Supervisors in all activities related to maintaining, rigging up, pressure/function testing and operating equipment at the customer location/site.
- Assist Supervisor to fill on the necessary forms in SWT.
- Must understand and comply to all HSE related system and processes. Must be able to fill JSA, Permit to Work, etc.
- Perform SWT job as a team in a safe manner under supervision.
- Shows leadership and good communication skills.
