IT Audit Section Head (Email subject: ASH)
Responsibilities:
• Participates in the planning, coordination, development and implementation of IT audit and risk management projects at the corporate office.
• Conducting IT and Operational Controls reviews as part of Internal Audit engagements.
• Support the planning of IT Audit, integrated audits, and special projects, through the identification and evaluation of objectives, inherent risks and controls.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) of tax, accounting or IT from reputable university.
• Min. 4 year experience as an IT Auditor.
• Expert in IT, including General IT Control, Application Control, Network and Database Security
• Expert in IT Control Framework such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27000
• Expert in CAAT (Computer Assisted Audit Technic)
• Certified by CISA/CISSP or another IT certificate
Industrial Relation Officer (Email Subjek : IR)
Responsibilities:
• Develop, analyze, gather and organize data for IR guidelines/policies purposes such like letter of decree, policy regulations in order to provide assistance in preparing guidelines/policies in line with company’s target and goals.
• Gather and compile data for preparation of the man power report (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan); maintain relationship between Depnaker and or other associates if needed.
• Socialize and accommodate all information that needs to be shared to all employees, local community and local authority in order to maintain effective communication
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (S1) at Law major from Reputable University.
• Minimum 3 years working experiences in Industrial Relation area
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law
• Good leadership & negotiation skills
• Having a good relationship with related governance institutions
• Resourceful, independent and able to work under pressure
Assistant Legal Manager (Email subject: ALG)
Responsibilities:
• Support to legal manager in controlling, managing and directing the activities of the Legal function.
• Rendering legal advice for planning the business restructuring and handling any corporate legal matter.
• Analyzing the result of investigations made by various divisions and suggesting improvements to the management.
Requirements
• Hold Bachelor degree (S1) of Law from reputable university
• 3 – 5 years experiences in Law Firm
• Max. 35 years old
• Deep understanding of all Indonesian law aspect
• Experience in dealing with government institution
• Excellent English is a must
• Having good communication skill
• Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skill.
• Excellent consulting, analytical, negotiation skill, work independently and able to work under the pressure
