PT Honda Prospect Motor, Single Agent Brand (ATPM), ONCE CAR ASSEMBLY HONDA CENTER IN INDONESIA  needs resources to fill the following position:

PRODUCTION STAFF

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring the production process in each department to be run according to the SOP and achieve the targets set. Overcome the problems that arise, improvising on a working system, monitoring the implementation of 5S and K3 in the production area, as well as perform HR functions and budget control.

Qualifications:
• Male / Female, Single, age max. 27 years.
S1/D3, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Accounting.
• Open to new graduates.
• Minimum GPA of 2.80.
• Preferably master AutoCAD, Catia CAM or Mas-ter, having a driver's license and can drive a car.
• Able to work under pressure, facing the target shifting production and employment systems.
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.

LOCAL PURCHASING STAFF

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for dealing with local suppliers, monitor and improvise with respect to the quality of parts used, plan and organize schedules ordering / shipping parts to meet the needs of the production department and undertake cost reduction.

Qualifications:
• Male / Female, Single, age max. 27 years.
S1, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Accounting, Information Technology, Operations Management.
• Open to new graduates.
• GPA of at least 3:00.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Have good analytical skills.
• Willing to work in shifting labor system (if needed)
• Honest, responsible, disciplined / obey the rules.
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.

MATERIAL SERVICE STAFF

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for controlling all activities of CKD and spare parts locally, as well as the delivery of supply spare parts to production in order to maintain the continuity of the production process. Handle all parts storage, as well as monitor the acceptance part of a local supplier.

Qualifications:
• Male / Female, Single, age max. 27 years.
S1, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Accounting, Information Engineering.
• Open to new graduates.
• Minimum GPA of 2.80.
• Willing to work with shifting labor system.
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.

RECRUITMENT STAFF

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the manpower needs of the organization, candidates undergo a selection procedure which include psychological test, interview and coordinate the process of user interviews and medical check ups.

Qualifications:
• Male, Single, age max. 27 years.
S1, Psychology or Human Resource Management.
• Open to new graduates.
• GPA min. 2.80.
• Preferably able to drive a car and have a driver's license A.
• Have good English language skills (oral and written).
• Having knowledge and able to administer psychological measurement tools.
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.

STAFF GENERAL AFFAIR

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the provision of employee meals, transportation, and job support tools, as well as monitoring the implementation of 5-S program in a corporate environment.

Qualifications:
• Male, Single, age max. 27 years.
S1, Management, Industrial Engineering
• Open to new graduates.
• GPA min. 2.80.
• Can drive a car and have a driver's license A.
• Have a high power of the flow analysis of process quality.
• Willing to work with shifting labor system.
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.

STAFF TRAINING

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and implementing internal training programs, as a trainer or facilitator and also evaluate the effectiveness of training for human resource development.

Qualification
• Male, max. 27 Years
S1, All Programs
• GPA Min. 2.80
• Open to new graduates
• Preferably knowing TNA
• Mastering the English language, either orally or in writing
• Preferably have a SIM-A

PERSONNEL STAFF

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Claims handling employee benefits (marriage, birth, death, etc.)
• Handle payroll calculations, leave, license and absent employees
• Prepare monthly reports of employees
• Monitoring system in the department QEHS

Qualifications:
• Male / Female, single, age max. 27 years
S1, Management, Accounting
• GPA min. 2.80
• Open to new graduates
• Conscientious, have good computer skills
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java

REL COMM INDUSTRIAL & STAFF

Duties & Responsibilities:
Be responsible for liaison and communication negaosasi in the relationship between employers and employees, as well as a discipline in implementing pemebrian insurance and guarantees to employees based on company rules.

Qualifications:
• Male, max. 27 Years
S1 Law
• GPA Min. 2.80
• Open to new graduates
• Mastering the English language, either orally or in writing
