Responsibilities:
• Planning on Real Estate & Property business development to support company’s construction development targets.
• Perform feasibility study and oversee new project.

Requirements:
• Having good communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor / Master in Architecture / Civil / Marketing / Finance, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) & 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00. Max. age 35 years old.

Tenant Relation Officer (TR-JID)

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction with the tenants.
• Handling tenant's complaint & assist the customer and tenants for their request.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to plan design and calculate master grading plan for plots, drainage, power / electric system, water, telephone, retaining wall, etc.
• Coordinate with related units, consultant(s), and institution of infrastructure legislation.

Requirements:
• Having good negotiation skill and analytical thinking.
• Bachelor / Master Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) & 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00. Max. age 35 years old.
• Having 1-2 years experience in related position would be advantage.

Tax Staff (PJK-JID)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to prepare, coordinate, maintain and perform all financial transactions and records related to Tax
• Ensure company policies are met with local Tax Regulations, monitor Tax Payment and Submission, Reconciliation & Equalization and others Tax Related task
• Maintain physical filing of Tax Documents safe guard for its completeness.

Requirements:
• Having Brevet certificate A-B, able in accounting is preferably.
• Bachelor of Accounting, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00.
