PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia, or better known by RCTI. The marionette television first aired on November 13, 1988, and was inaugurated on August 24, 1989. When the event can only be enjoyed by customers who have a decoder only. In 1990 RCTI received permission by the government to conduct a national free broadcast. After the construction of RCTI in Bandung can finally realize the broadcast on May 1, 1991. PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia is seeking individuals who are interested in the television industry as well as be able to work under pressure to fill the following positions:

1. Industrial Relation

Responsibilities
• Coordinate information between companies and trade unions as well as the settlement of industrial relations problems
• Coordinate fundraising participants and the necessary requirements for smooth employee relations program
• Conduct of industrial relations activity reporting to government agencies
• Communicating news related to the birth or death of the employee and his family members
• Maintain and update the data base on employment status of employees

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree at Law major
• Male, from reputable University, GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Minimal 3 year(s) working experiences in Industrial Relation area
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law
• Good leadership & negotiation skills
• Having a good relationship with related governance institutions
• Resourceful, independent and able to work under pressure

2. Technical Operator

Responsibilities:
• Operating transmitter equipment based on schedule with good quality
• Maintenance transmitter equipment and support operational for regional transmission

Requirements:
• Male
• Bachelor of Electrical Engineer
• Max. 27 years old
• Min. 2 years experience
• Advance with electrical basic, strong and weak current electric, and telecommunication
• Internet and PC literate
• Willing to be placed in Palembang
