1. Supervisor Barging Operations
Work Location: Palembang, Indonesia

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
• Responsible to ensure safe and timely execution of Barging Operations.
• Leading role in developing 30 Day activity plan and ensure the works are executed as planned.
• Supervises all aspects of cargo loading, offloading/lightering, lifting and related documentation.
• Responsible for the continuous monitoring, optimization and inspection of the vessel’s.
• Supervises and directs all contractor and crew to work in accordance with safety procedures and in compliance with COPI policies and procedures.
• Liaises closely with the Maintenance , Support services and other Production Supervisors to ensure proper planning and co-ordination in order to provide full support to Barging operations.
• Mooring/Unmooring, Operation, Crude Oil Receiving and Storage Arrangement, Crude Oil Lifting Operation and Documentations, vetting inspection.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• S1 degree (technical back ground or equivalent), ANT-I or ANT-II (Maritim Academy)
• 5 years (minimum) of work experience in Marine Tanker, Oil & Gas Operation
• Skill (s) : Mooring/Unmooring, Operation, Crude Oil Receiving and Storage Arrangement, Crude Oil Lifting Operation and Documentations, vetting inspection

3. Team Lead Media Relations

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
• The Team Lead Media Relations reports to the Corporate & External Communication Manager and is responsible for providing strategic and tactical plans on media relations. The role is to take the lead in cultivating relations with the media to promote a positive corporate reputation.
• He/she is expected to maintain media relationships on an ongoing basis with local, national and regional media.
• By working with a variety functions, he/she will develop media relations planning and implementation, proactive strategic media campaigns, including developing and producing integrated messages to the press, and assist the company spokesperson(s) on media issues and queries.
• Within the company, the incumbent will liaise extensively with the Internal Communications Team, CSR and other departments as necessary.

NATURE AND SCOPE:
• Taking the lead in developing strategic and comprehensive media relations program that will enhance a positive and balanced perception of the company among its external stakeholders, including media strategy related to crisis communications.
• Manage day-to-day media relation activities that include but not limited to: media events, media calls, intereviews, media crisis communications, development of materials and other collaterals for the press.
• Provide counsel on handling media stories related to the company and the oil and gas industry as a whole.
• Develop a media strategy that complement and support wider corporate communication strategy that include but not limited to:
• Ensure the company protects and promotes its image in a proper, coordinated, and consistent manner.
• Manage the flow of news about the company to the media
• Cultivate and enhance collaborative working relationships within the press and publicity community (social media)

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive role/experience in the external/public relations field and having extensive work in media relations. Experience working in the media industry and/or upstream oil and gas industry is an advantage.
• Possess strong capability in both written and verbal English.
• Excellent in developing timely written materials in dual languages e.g. press releases, issue and backgroud briefs, FAQs.
• An understanding of layout and graphic design is a plus.
• Strong network with local, national and regional media.
• Understands social media and its implications.
• Must have a strong grasp on local and national media mapping/positioning.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of communicating with different audiences/stakeholders.

4. QA/QC Inspector
Work Location: Palembang, Indonesia

BASIC FUNCTION:
Assist Operations and Engineering to ensure the long term safety and reliability of all the presure containing equipment. The QA/QC Inspector works start from the planning, construction and maintenance phases of the equipment.

WORK DUTIES:
• Ensure that all codes (ASME, API, etc) and that all COPI Specs are being adhered to.
• Ensure that a Quality Control Package is compiled for every project and that a QC number is assigned for that project and that all the guidelines in the QC manual are followed.
• Ensure that all PR/MRS sheets have proper information on them and that the materials listed on the drawing show material type, grade and schedule.
• Ensure that proper approval signatures are on the drawings.
• Ensure that an engineering spec has been chosen for each project.
• Ensure proper material control is being done, whether using new or used fittings etc.
• Ensure that all material orders specify that MTR’s are required and that the proper information is on the PO’s or warehouse material withdrawal forms. The material type, grade and schedule must been shown. Also ensure that the QC id is on the above forms too for tracibility to the projects.
• Ensure that all welding procedures are suitable for the materials being welded and that the welders are qualified and tested to the procedures.
• Ensure that each welder has his/her own stamp for identifying welds and that they are stamping their welds.
• Ensure that the welders are following the guidelines of the weld procedure and that the proper consumables etc are being used and check for fit up etc.
• Ensure that all drawings are marked up showing any piping changes and that all welder stamps on welds and exray numbers are recorded on the drawings too.
• Ensure that the x-ray people are qualified to ASNT Level II.
• Ensure that all x-ray reports and film have the QC number assigned to that project on them.
• Ensure the proper implementation of RBI (Risk Based Inspection) by managing the work process, method, equipment and contractors’ resources.
• Ensure the proper implementation of non-regulatory certifications on lifting gears and lifesaving equipment offshore (e.g. liferaft, lifeboat).
• Ensure the proper implementation of regulatory certifications of equipment under Migas and Bapeten regimes (i.e. pressure vessel, safety valve, pipeline, tank, crane, rotating equipment and electrical equipment), by managing the work process, method, equipment and contractors’ resources.
• Assist Operations and Engineering in the selection and implementation of special inspection techniques (advanced NDT).
• Manage the static equipment database in SAP as well as supporting the Planners in the implementation of the planning.

BUSINESS CONTACTS (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL):
• Internal: Engineering, construction, maintenance, operations, procurement.
• External: NDT and recertification contractors.

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor Degree with 5 years minimum experience.
• Holding the Inspector certificates for: ASNT II, welding, pressure vessel, piping, tank, crane, steam boiler, radiography.
• Having working knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent health, fit for long hours work in the fields.

5. Performance Monitoring System Engineer
Work Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities:
The Performance Monitoring System Engineer is responsible to provide robust performance monitoring system with data integrity, provide appropriate plots for troubleshooting, advice running strategy for optimum overhaul schedule for all ConocoPhillips Indonesia (COPI) major Turbomachinery.

Specific responsibilities may include:
• Data acquisition and integrity for COPI performance monitoring system and condition monitoring system. Integration System & Solution analyst for any discrepancies of performance monitoring tools.
• Managing software license applicable for performance monitoring, condition monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Monitoring and reporting performance and condition of Turbomachinery.
• Data presentation for performance analysis, condition analysis and troubleshooting.
• Planning & optimization of Turbomachinery inspection and overhaul. Advise running strategy Turbomachinery operation for optimum cost.
• Remote witness test for Turbomachinery performance and condition.
• Technical data and action register for Turbomachinery such as service bulletins and specification.
• Inspection and action register for Turbomachinery.
• External and internal reporting on Turbomachinery.
• Development of Turbomachinery collaboration center. Enhance with new technology such as Predictive Analytics.
• Supporting and complying with the policies, goals, efforts, processes and programs of COPI's Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System.
• Actively participating and representing COPI's interests in the Rotating Equipment Network of Excellence and seek opportunities to implement knowledge sharing by grab others’ and share our practices.

Basic Qualifications:
• Hold bachelor degree in Information Technology, Mechanical or Engineering of Physics.

Preferred Qualifications:

6. Manager Offshore Integrated Planning

• Reporting to the Manager Asset Offshore, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing, implementing and promoting all processes necessary to generate a representative resourced schedule for integrated activities across the asset.
