Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the execution of recruitment and selection activities at various level of positions including sourcing, testing, interviewing, and hiring

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
• Having minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment field.
• Able to perform the whole recruitment and selection activities.
• Experience in applying psychological test would be an advantage.
• Dynamic, initiative, independent and has good analytical thinking, & Computer Literate.
• Good oral and written communication skills both in English & Indonesia
• Willing be placed in Cement Plant: SUKABUMI WEST JAVA
