Responsibilities:
Our client is a renownedGlobal supplier of systems and services to the aerospace and defense industries. Theydesign, manufacture and service systems and components and provide integrated solutions for commercial, regional, business and military aircraft, helicopters and other platforms.
For this client, Timeo-Performance is now looking for a Purchaser to be based in Bandung, Indonesia
Job purpose:
Integrate Purchase department to promote Purchase achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization to meet company strategic goal in OTIF, Sales and to ensure normal running of the factory
Analyze the purchase portfolio that the person will be in charge of try in accordance with the relative department to find the best logistic solution and negotiate the best logistic parameters like Price, Lead time, MOQ, incoterm, payment term, packaging, etc...
Contractualize and secure all the recurrent procured item on Long Term Agreement
Negotiate with supplier and prepare in accordance with the purchase manager andthe different contract for signature
Raise RFP and RFQ chaise and analyze bid from the different supplier
Achieve required year over year cost reductions
Develop and manage new sourcing in line with our strategic goal
Manage resolution of quality issues (rejections and all supporting quality initiatives including COPQ)
Support material ops, EH&S, and meetings as required
Complete Ethics courses in the time frame as required
Other tasks and duties as assigned by management
Main accountabilities:
Secure procurement of the company by signing LTA with suppliers
Define the best Logistic solution with relative function and negotiate than with supplier
Sourcing of the suppler and measurement of the performance of the supplier
Achieve required year over year cost reductions.
Drive improvement throughout organization with all management team to trigger continuous improvement process
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Logistic/Procurement or Supply chain
More than 2 years in Purchasing, Procurement or supply chain
Transversal Management
Contractual management
Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia is a must
MS Office literate,
Qualified/Skilled in supply Chain tools (RFQ, Pareto, )
Knowledge of MRP process (SAP is a plus)
