Store Manager for Giant Hypermarket Cirebon

Responsibilities:
To manage, coordinate and control the entire operations of Starmart Mini Mart that runs according to Hyper Standard Operating Policies and procedures (Hyper SOPP) and the approved target and budget to achieve profit target and Company’s goal to build Giant Hypermarket.

Requirements:
    Male, and Min of S1 or bachelor degree from any discipline  from wellknown university
    At least 5 years related experiences working in related field  particularly in retail business
    Having strong leadership, team work oriented, result oriented, sharp analytical skill, presentation skill, an excellence communications and strong negotiation skill
    English proficiency both oral and written is essential
    Ability to work independently and under tight schedule to achieve a target
    Willing to be located in any branch stores in Indonesia
