Formulate, develop and implement marketing strategies.
Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
Identify and secure potential tenants for retail lots.
Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters, including liaising with legal, fit-out, operation and construction department.
Monitor new lease / renewal of tenancies.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Minimum 3 years as Leasing Manager in property company
Good English Skill both oral and written
Hard worker, high attention to details, good personality performance and communication skill, initiative and innovative with high spirit for new challenge
Good knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry preferably in shopping centre.

Independent, resourceful, highly motivated and result-oriented.
