IT Helpdesk Officer
Bali, Jakarta Raya, Bandung (Jawa Barat), Surabaya (Jawa Timur), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Medan (Sumatera Utara) 


Responsibilities:
  • To monitor Users IT work processes and maintain hardwares, softwares and network infrastructure to function well.
  • To support system deployment in hardwares, softwares and network infrastructures
  • To identify problem root cause, provide corrective action plan and the resolution within reasonable response time.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Network/System Engineer or equivalent.
  • Has experience in Hardware, Software and application and working in multi branches company would be an advantage
  • Fast learner and able to work in a team also to give best customer service to other function.
  • Hard worker and willing to take shift schedule.
  • 10 Full-Time position(s) available.
