Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Having experience minimum one year and use to handle recruitment, training, employee benefit, employee job description, over time and knowing HRMS system
Having deep knowledge in HR procedure and regulationStrong Leadership skills, Negotiation skills, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking
