We are pumps & valves multinational company with head-quartered in Germany. Our factory is placed in MM 2100 Cibitung Industrial Town, with representative office in Semarang, Surabaya, Sumbawa, Palembang, Jambi, Medan, Pekanbaru, Batam, Banjarmasin and Balikpapan. We are focused to General Industry customer, CPO Company, Chemical, Mining, Rock Mill, and Oil - Gas Company.

Presently We have following vacant position:

HR Compensation & Benefit Supervisor
Bekasi (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• To support HRGA Dept. team in Compensation and benefit area

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• Male or Female with at least 4 year(s) of working experience as compensation and benefit fungtion.
• Applicants must be willing to work in MM 2100 Industrial Town, Cibitung (company will provide pick up bus in meeting point)
• Depth knowledge in Compensation & Benefit concept and salary structure.
• Comprehensive understanding in taxes (Pph 21), jamsostek, pensioun, remuneration system, payroll and benefit issues.
• Proficient in using Ms. Excel.
• Experience with Pro-int software would be advantage
• High integrity, concern in accuracy, attentions to detail, responsible and dicipline.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
