Customer Service Supervisor Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Metropolitan Mall Bekasi
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to manage the customer service implementation and improve the customer satisfaction in order to create a good shopping experiences.
Ensure that the marketing and MCC program implemented by the companys standard
Requirements:
Male / Female, maximum 28 years old. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA 2,75. (Diploma degree with experience are welcome).
Minimum 1 year experience as customer service in banking industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Fluent in english
Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift
To be placed at Metropolitan Mall Bekasi.
