Customer Service Assistant (CSA) - Medan Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities: - Deliver excellent customer service to ensure it is in line with the CSMD customer satisfaction objectives.
- Responsible for order processing, receiving payment and generate cash bills
- Handle and attend enquiries, feedbacks, complaints by walk-in or call-in distributor/customer.
- Ensure accurate and updated information on MLM System.
- Prepared daily and monthly sales collection report.
- Responsible for maintain and executive planned stock takes and inventory (with the absent of storekeeper/Assistant customer service officer/customer service officer)
- Assist in marketing activities/event when is necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc and general admin duties as assigned.
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior
Requirements: - Female, max 35 years old.
- SMU or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years working experience in related field.
- Chinese, able to speak English or Mandarin.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work independently and take pressure
- Able torun multiple tasks at the same time well
