We are multinational company in Direct Selling, subsidiary of PHHP Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd, seeking for a highly motivated, positive working attitude and energetic individual for position:

Customer Service Assistant (CSA) - Medan
Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure it is in line with the CSMD customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Responsible for order processing, receiving payment and generate cash bills
  • Handle and attend enquiries, feedbacks, complaints by walk-in or call-in distributor/customer.
  • Ensure accurate and updated information on MLM System.
  • Prepared daily and monthly sales collection report.
  • Responsible for maintain and executive planned stock takes and inventory (with the absent of storekeeper/Assistant customer service officer/customer service officer)
  • Assist in marketing activities/event when is necessary.
  • Perform ad-hoc and general admin duties as assigned.
  • Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior

Requirements:
  • Female, max 35 years old.
  • SMU or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in related field.
  • Chinese, able to speak English or Mandarin.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work independently  and take pressure
  • Able torun multiple tasks at the same time well
