Crew Changes and Immigration Formalities

Responsibilities: - Coordinate and liaise with Subordinate, Customer Service and branch office on expat crew’s visa, sign on/ off, stay permit (Dahsuskim), DAHSUSKIM Implementation, POA and Exit Re-Entry Permit and all others related to Immigration paper works on joining/ leaving crewmembers as well as on their transportation, ticketing and accommodation.
OTHERS - Give a necessary updates and reports to Senior Technical Advisor on the progress and development of operational matters (crew and vessel’s permits).
- To source vessels when / if required
- To work on other branch office and any other areas in which the company has operational activities as and when required.
Requirements: - Male, Age Minimum 28 years old
- Min D3, Degree or relevant degree with good command of English
- Having minimum 3 years of experience in offshore shipping agency and marine formalities
- Excellent skills in Report preparation
- Strong Personality, Able to communicate and maintain good relationship with relevant government officials
- Able to work under pressure
Work Placement will be in Jakarta and Surabaya
