Responsibilities: - Preparing quotations
- Sourcing non-stock items
- Expediting purchase orders with local and overseas suppliers
- Keeping the sales filing up-to-date
- Update reports on outstanding inquiries, quotations and purchase orders.
- Tender administration, preparing bid documents
- Coordinating shipments, imports, logistics
Requirements: - Diploma (D3) or S1 – Accounting , Marketing or Administration / Secretarial.
- Previous working experience at a trading or supply company is preferred.
- Good command in English, both oral and written, is a must.
- Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
- Familiar with tender documentation, bonds and contracts
- Good understanding of and experience with import, shipping and logistics procedures
- Having knowledge about Piping Materials will be an advantage.
