Our client is a diverse company in Silverwater (near Sydney Olympic Park) and is seeking a talented Online Content Coordinator to hit the ground running! This newly created role is waiting for you to make your mark and has strong career potential. You will work within a fast-paced marketing team and an environment which encourages learning. This company sells refridgeration, plumbing and catering equipment to hospitality and trade organisations.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Copywriting for company websites, buying guides, blogs and social media accounts.
Implementing new content ideas, including keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in online content.
Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to produce journalistic style content
Assisting in managing multiple SEO agencies, SEM agencies and ad-hoc website development.
Assisting the marketing team when required.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills
Strong attention to detail
Sound understanding of online content channels/concepts - eg. Wordpress, FTP, YouTube, SEO, AdWords etc.
Proven skills in copywriting, photography and video.
Formal education in Media and/or Journalism or in a related field.
2 years of experience in a similar role.
