Qualification & Experience:

  • Experiences: Engineering for min 5 years
  • Skills/ Knowledge: Knowledge of project management, Awareness of PSC requirements, PTK-007 and various regulations governing contract drafting in Indonesia
  • Educational Background :S1 from Construction Management
  • Personalities: Leadership potential, as well as familiarity with practices is required. Highly motivated and proactive. Hard worker & able to work under pressure.
  • Language: English
  • Computer literate: Ms. Office
  • Maximum Place of Hire: Jakarta

PRODOM DOCUMENT CONTROL Balikpapan
Qualification & Experience:
  • Preferable familiar with DOCUMENTUM application
  • 2 years minimal experience in Document Management System within Oil & Gas Industry
  • Advanced with MS Excel Functional and MS Access
  • Good communication skill in English both oral & written
  • Bachelor Degree of Any Discipline, EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) or Information Technology is advantages
  • Familiar with Oil and Gas Industry Documentation
  • Focus on QUALITY of Document Management
  • Detail and Systematic Oriented Person
  • Job Description:
  • Prepare Engineering Technical Documentation for Filing in Document Management System
  • Receive & Return of reviewed Documents from or to External/Internal COMPANY
  • Upload Received E-Documents to Document Management System
  • Update and Entry Data in Database System
  • Quality Check of Received Documents are met COMPANY requirements
  • Distribute Received Documents to Review Participants
  • Supervise and check the Technical Document generated by Sub Contractors
  • Train and assist the end-users of Document Management System

PROJECT HR MANAGER - Balikpapan city
Qualification & Experience:
  • Experiences: HR Manager for min 5 years
  • Familiar to manage the day to day activities from the human resources departmental.
  • Knowledge of project management,
  • Excellent knowledge of Manpower regulation and law,
  • Various regulations governing for manpower in Indonesia,
  • Good sense for industrial relations, potential dispute,
  • Knowledgeable in HRIS Systems and implementation / Payroll and taxes.
  • Minimum: 30 years old; maximum: 40 years old.
  • Service performer required: 1 (One)
  • Maximum Place of Hire: Jakarta
  • Educational Background :S1 from Management, Law, Phycology; master degree preferred.
  • Personalities: Leadership potential, as well as familiarity with practices is required. Highly motivated and proactive. Hard worker & able to work under pressure.
  • Language: English language proficiency is a must.
