Responsibilities
Long Description :
Analyst, Compensation and Benefits
Basic Function :
Perform calculations and generate data/report pertaining to compensation and benefits for Jakarta Office, in order to ensure that all compensation and benefits payment are accurately calculated and paid in a timely manner in accordance to Company's policies.


Job Responsibility :
  1. Prepare monthly payroll report containing data on number of new hire, transfer and resigned employees, salary payment calculations (including final payment) and monthly changes in salary payments which is submitted and approved by Department Head, and submit to Payroll section - Finance & Accounting Department Jobsite for payment to employees Bank Account. 
  2. Perform pension fund calculations based on employee salaries for Jakarta and Jobsite PTFI and PT Mine Serve International (PTMI) employees, in order to be reviewed and approved by Department Head and submitted to Finance & Accounting Department Jakarta Office for payment to Dana Pensiun PTFI. 
  3. Perform and review annual bonus calculations including THR, Christmas and other bonuses for Jakarta PTFI employees which is approved by Department Head and submitted to Finance Department, in order to ensure accuracy of bonus calculations and timely bonus payment to employees. 
  4. Prepare summary report containing payroll, pension fund and manpower data to be submitted and filed in Human Resources Department indexes and ensure the availability of updated HRD data.
  5. Monitor and control annual travel allowance for Jakarta expatriate employees to ensure that the payment due data in a timely manner according to the approved of annual travel allowance. 
  6. Update and maintain employee data in Ellipse & employee position and salary history, in order to provide the department with updated employee information and facilitate employee data distribution to eligible personnel/departments. 
  7. Generate annual demographic data/report of Jakarta PTFI manpower as requested by other departments and/or institutions, such as the Department of Manpower, Central Statistic Bureau (BPS), and Department of Mine & Energy (DOME) to provide updated manpower statistic to the Government. 
  8. Prepare Merit Program and promotion calculations for Jakarta and Singapore PTFI offices based on performance evaluation report, in order to ensure that annual increases are within annual salary increase budget. 
  9. Process monthly consultant payment, includes: submit service request, service take off and invoicing. 
  10. Maintain Jakarta employee restricted files and make sure
completeness and accuracy of personnel file.
The key challenges in this position include:

° Finding and creating formulas for faster calculations for pension funds, salary bonus, merit and promotion program. The incumbent has to initiate self-learning outside of work with regards to mathematical and computer-related calculations in order to find more accurate and efficient
methods to facilitate the above programs.
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education and Experience
° S1 Degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 3 years of working experience in compensation and benefits.

° Assist Department Head in monitoring monthly operational budget for HRD.

° Monthly payroll amounted approximately Rp 1,1 billion.
° Monthly pension funding approximately Rp 1,1 billion.
° Annual Manpower Budget approximately US$ 2,660,369.
Non-Financial
° Jakarta Manpower Strength of approximately 200 employees.

Requirements

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education and Experience
° S1 Degree in Mathematic or Statistic with at least 1-2 years of working experience in compensation and benefits.
