PLANNER / SCHEDULER
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 7 year experiences as Planner and Scheduler in oil & gas projects
- Excellent in using Primavera software
- Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Will be based in Jakarta
- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Prepare at outset of project Level 1,2 and 3 schedules of project & proposal according to update/revise schedule as required by project/proposal
- Monitor progress in coordination with document control and engineering and identify areas of concern and potential late issue
- Monitor progress reports from vendors
- Monitor expediting reports
- Monitor progress reports from construction
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
PROJECT ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 years or more in supervision of oil & gas construction project work.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, control, reporting, schedule and expenditure analysis.
- Min Bachelor Degree from Engineering
- To head a team of senior key project personnel and the entire field organization, as a single point contact for all decisions on the project.
- in general the split of scope of works i.e. construction engineering, fabrication, project management, procurement etc.
- Will be based in Jakarta
- Job Description and Responsibilities: Assist Project Manager regarding with project administration, documentation, schedules, cost control, Procurement control, delivery control, interfacing between company and vendors/clients, etc
E & I COMMISSIONING ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 3-5 years of relevant experience in the design & commissioning of onshore/offshore facilities.
- Shall have an intimate & working knowledge of the applicable international code & standard.
- Min Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering
- Shall have been a principle engineer responsible for design, analyze & review of the design facilities.
- Will be based on Jakarta
- Responsibilities : Will be responsible for commission the plant as per commissioning schedules
COST CONTROL OFFICER
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 3 years experiences in manage cost control for oil & gas projects.
- Min Bachelor Degree
- Advance skill in using Ms Office especially Excel
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Will be based in Jakarta
- Responsibility:
- Coordinate for project proposal
- Established cost estimation and cash flow
- Define and implement with the Project Control / Planner Engineer on the basis of the project budget execution.
- Establish and implement the Progress & Performance Measurement and Reporting System (weekly and monthly report).
