Since December 2010 the Qatar National Bank (QNB) Group has completed the acquisition of majority share of Indonesia-based Bank Kesawan. To support our expanding business we are looking for high qualified individuals for CHALLENGE & BIG OPPORTUNITIES as the following positions:

Service Supervisor - Yogyakarta - Yogyakarta (Yogyakarta)

Responsibilities:
· Assist the branch manager in managing the sub-branch activities
· Lead and direct the daily activities for Frontliners and oversee Frontliners to ensure smooth running of the daily work and the application of the most recent processes and procedures
· Ensure adequate attitude and appearance of self and Frontliners
· Provide cross-sell leads to Frontliner team
· Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers
· Maintain frontliners area files, database, records, registers and logs under control
· Enhance the Bank’s image through pro-active customer-driven servicing of their needs to exceed customer expectations
· Monitor service quality indicators and take corrective measures to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
· Liaise with Service Quality to follow-up on escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of the same
· Ensure smooth operations, and timely and friendly service delivery


Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
Required skill(s): computer literate, leadership skill, english communication, Customer Service And Relationship Management.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
