SALES TRAINEESHIP PROGRAM
Responsibilities:
The 1-year program will provide you with opportunities to learn and work in Sales department. You will be exposed to Lubricants business and build networks with customers and consumers, as well as teams from across the organization. You will be provided with the opportunity to manage our partner distributors to drive the company business growth and will responsible for improving the distribution and market penetration through effective distributors & channel management. All of the learning will be done in a professional, friendly and challenging working environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) with minimum GPA of 2.75
• Less than 3 years of working experience
• Working experience in Sales is an advantage
• Strong desire to begin your career in Sales in the lubricant industry
• Strong ambition and high drive for result
• Have positive and “can-do” attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy meeting and connecting with people
• Good English, both oral and written
• Enjoy travelling and willing to be relocated to any area in Indonesia
