1. IT Services Desk Analyst
Responsibilities:
A Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing first and second level administrative and technical support for the resolution or escalation of laptop and desktop hardware/software related problems and problems related to IP Telephony, Connectivity, Security, Servers, and Real time operations. The Service Desk Analyst is the initial point of contact for technical problems and performs troubleshooting tasks, problem diagnosis, problem resolution or problem escalation.
Requirements
• Accredited certification, diploma (D3) or Degree (S1) in an IT related field
• MCDST, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA and/or A+ certifications would be an asset
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and tools, office applications including email, and PC and laptop hardware including printers
• Experience in answering helpdesk calls and troubleshooting over the phone or using remote tools
• Experience with ITSM tools and processes
• Experience with a formal helpdesk ticketing system and related processes
• Basic experience in an IT service delivery support role
• Experience working in a large customer-focused environment a plus
• Experience with the IT Service Management (ITSM) competencies

2. Genset Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• To conduct audit on the performance of Genset at the field
• To establish Genset Audit Template
• To deliver weekly report of Genset Performance Analysis
• To produce Genset Improvement Plan based on Genset Performance Analysis
• To manage Genset Performance Improvement, including but not limited to managing day-to-day operation with Schlumberger’s Genset Subcontractor. Ultimately to manage Schlumberger’s Genset Subcontractor minimizing Genset downtime into 4 hours per month.
• To establish Genset Application Guidelines to be used on designing Genset specification for ESP application
• To create Best Practice Standards for the problematic Genset (via troubleshooting)
• To deliver Genset Training for Schlumberger’s employee(s) (all required logistics will be provided by Schlumberger)
• Area of operation is all Schlumberger location (existing site mainly are Sumatera, Java and Kalimantan)
• Working hour is 8 AM to 5 PM. However, Genset Consultant must be reachable 24/7 by phone call for any urgent issue.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in Genset installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Expertise in both diesel and gas Genset
• Experienced in working with Genset at the environment of oil and gas industry
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical or Electrical
