1. People Development Staff (PDS)
Responsibilities:
1. Support preparation & Administration of People Development Program
2. Administration of Individual Development Prpgram (IDP) for Supporting Division
3. Administration of After Workshop Action Plan
Requirements:
• Male / Female with maximum age 27 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) with any major from reputable university
• Has experience in People Development or Training Management is preferred
• Good Communication Skill
• Excellent in MS Office (especially in excel, word, powerpoint)
• Self-Driven, Can work individually, Able to work in team, Multi-Tasking with minimum supervision
2. People Development Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Training Need Analys (TNA) & Individual Development Program (IDP) for Functional Program
2. Follow up realization of People Development Program for Functional Program
3. Evaluate Program Effectiveness : Collaborate with Functional Head to ensure the increase of employee productivity through people development program
Requirements:
• Male with maximum age 30 years old
• Possess Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable University from any major.
• Preferably having minimum of 2 years experiences working in Sales/Marketing Pharmacy or FMCG industry
• Good leadership, good communication skill, flexible, people oriented, and having a good change management
• Able to perform multiple tasks under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skill and able to work in a team
