The Commercial Manager will be responsible for master data management, purchasing, management of sourcing logistics service providers in Bali,
replenishment planning of our warehouse in Germany and potentially warehouse operations of a small warehouse in Bali for local sales.
Master data management covers all activities to maintaining product and order data accurate in the system.
Currently all of our product data is stored in a cloud based online shop software. Going forward we will deploy a cloud based ERP system for all order data.
The Commercial Manager will be part of the leadership team of the overall company and will report to the General Manager of the subsidiary in Bali.
We expect the Supply Chain Manager to join our team at the beginning of December 2013. Earlier availability would be also highly welcome.
Key requirements:
The ideal candidate should fulfil most of the below stated
- Young, dynamic, highly innitiave Indonesian not more than 35 years old,
- University degree in business administration, communication and or supply chain management,
- Good knowledge of suppliers of home accessories and small furniture in Bali/Indonesia,
- Experience in purchasing, warehouse operations and export shipping,
- Several years of experience in related positions will be advantages,
- Good team work capabilities combined with strong self-motivation,
- Structured problem solving approach,
- Computer literate, familiar working with MAC OS, fluent with iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) or MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Indonesian,
5 working days. Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM. Good package & working environment. Starting salary at minimum IDR 60 million per year.
