Pusat Grosir Batik Trusmi merupakan perusahaan ritel batik yang sedang berkembang pesat, memiliki toko batik terbesar (Rekor MURI), memiliki 6 (enam) cabang yang tersebar di 4 (empat) kota besar Indonesia dan akan Go Internasional, membutuhkan individu yang energik, antusias dan berpengalaman untuk ekspansi toko-toko baru kami di seluruh Indonesia sebagai berikut:

Assistant Store Manager
Cabang Cirebon (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for achievement of sales target, analyzing productivity per brand, managing inventory & shrinkage, lead sales associate team & develop their skills.

Requirements:
1. Male maximum 30 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
3. Required skill(s): strong leadership, communication skills, ability maintaining team, target oriented.
4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
6. Willing to be placed in all Batik Trusmi Store
7. Willing to be work on holiday & shift system
8. Full-Time and Contract position available.
