Implementation of the HR strategies in Plant such as compensation and benefit, staffing and terminations, employee training and development, organization development, employee relation, etc
Organization development for Plant organization related such as headcount development, employee movement to prepare for succession planning, recruitment and employee development programs.
Compensation and benefits Implementing including salary adjustment administration, incentive, retention scheme. Oversees absence & overtime control that has impact to HR related cost
Employee training and development, analyze development needs and associates skill profiles to prepare proposals on succession planning and employee training programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law.
Minimum 3 years of Plant HR Generalist experience
Demonstrated success in all functional HR areas
Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a matrix team environment.
Strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to influence all levels of the organization
Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiate, lead and manage change. Project management, facilitation and complex problem-solving skills, along with strong process skills.
