DRILL & BLAST ENGINEER
(Assignment: Site)
Develop drill and blast designs, implement designs in conjunction with blasting sub-contractor and monitor drill and blast results, acknowledging inefficiencies and recommending changes accordingly to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occur.
Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate
2. Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting engineering
3. Good communication skills in English and Indonesian, written & verbal
4. Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software
5. Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling
Responsibilities:
1) Develop, recommend and implement suitable strategies to provide optimal blasting solutions and improve blasting performance to operations.
2) Ensure the drilling plan is provided in a timely manner and the drill is working productively in the most cost effective and safe manner.
3) Coordinate blasting activities, lead and control blasting crew to ensure agreed mine plan is being followed.
4) Analyze and communicate drilling and blasting issues to short term engineer and mining operation in order to provide technical support to site based personnel.
5) Monitor and control drill and blast operations and activities in progress to ensure high standards of safety are always upheld.
HSE COORDINATOR
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Provide support to the B/L or Project business operation with leading the process of implementing HSE program from implement, execute, monitor and evaluate, the activities and provide corrective action required to achieve good HSE business process compliance with definitive performance target.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma of Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja – S1/D4 or Hygiene Perusahaan Kesehatan.
2. Min. 4 years of experience in HSE exposure.
3. Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Mining industry experience.
4. Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, PTO, HSE procedure, HAZOB, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
5. Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill.
6. Fair in English both verbal and writing.
7. Willing to work at remote area.
Responsibilities:
1) Taking lead in execute the HSE key factors in project site.
2) Maintain HSE performance of Target Zero injuries, and Zero harm to community and environment.
3) Monitor the business process, and it has been done with proper flow & procedure and comply to all HSE management system.
4) Support the team to achieve individual goals in line with Petrosea Business plan

HSE OFFICER
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Maintain, monitor and review company”s daily operations and facilities to ensure employee safety are comply with safety, health and environmental regulations for specified facilities, operations and project.
Requirements:
1. Willing to travel to all company”s sites
2. Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.
3. Min. Senior/Technical High School or Diploma Degree in public occupational health & Safety/environment engineer or Engineering Graduate/Bachelor.
4. Minimal 3 years have experienced in HSE Field implementation at high risk industry (For Diploma III in HSE or technical).
5. Will be prefered if understand of lifting equipment, marine activity and or material handling activity.
6. Hold AK3 certified from government
7. Communicative and inovative.
8. Able to conduct presentation.
Responsibilities:
1) Prepare and present safety training and safety induction to enhance safety awareness among employees and clients.
2) Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use.
3) Inspects project facilities, equipments, observe operations and activities in progress to ensure those are in compliance company”s safety regulations.
4) Coordinates and consults with project safety superintendent and/or project managers regarding HSE issues in their respective areas and notifies management staff regarding violation of safety regulations and codes to ensure that all safety defiance are proceed.
5) Support and assist safety audits, inspections and accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program.
6) Socialize and record all Job Hazard Analysis, HAZOB, and co-ordinate Emergency Response Team training and activities for the Project.
7) Assist the Project Superintendent & Supervisors in conducting and reporting of all Hazards. Control and monitor the use of Hazardous or dangerous goods to ensure conformance with the MSDS (Material Safety Data System).
8) Monitor, review and participate in Pre-start meetings and Tool Box Meeting to update with current safety information.
9) Support Environmental performance and maintain third party accreditation (ie. ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification body in order to preserve international standard accreditation.
10) Performing a strong visible commitment in to HSE Management System as well as all programs.
11) Implement and maintain HSE Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and other HSE document for the project.
12) Prepare and implement of Site Safety Activities.
HSE SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Focus on the development and delivery of HSE training materials with one consistent approach. Support the HSE manager to Plan, direct, monitor and evaluate Health Safety Environment system, standard, process and procedures to enhance safety awareness among all Petrosea and its projects. Advise management with changes to government regulations.
Requirements:
1. Degree, preferable from Occupational HSE / Public Health / Environment Engineering
2. 5 -10 years experiences in HSE area in mining industry
3. Formal training in Safety and Risk Management
4. Able to travel from time to time if required
5. Occasionally Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the implementation of HSE procedures and standards in maintenance areas that are complied with the industry standards and regulations in order to support company”s operations effectively and efficiently.
2. Develop HSE short and long-term programs, including awareness programs, certification programs, which are in line with the company short and long term plans, as well as the industry standards in order to achieve the maintenance departmental objective optimally and in a cost-efficient manner.
3. Maintain and improve HSE management system, including inspection system, HSE audit system, in order to support HSE programs implementation effectively and efficiently.
4. Coordinate with all Project managers and field HSE representatives when implementing HSE programs.
5. Develop check list, inspection and workshop standards, monitor and analysis of information and documentation
6. Monitor and maintain HSE statistic records in “PHASES system and presenting the trend analysis from the statistic to ensure HSE database are updated and analysed.
7. Improve and evaluate all areas of risk assessment, hazard management, project HSE systems and training within business unit by regular visit and developing initiatives to ensure the project response or control in their project HSE risk.
8. To support HSE performance and maintain third party accreditation (ie. OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification body
9. Continuously monitor HSE practices within operations and evaluate performance or the existing HSE policy, procedures and programs in order to identify possible obstacles / ineffectiveness and improve the program within time.
MINE ENGINEERING MANAGER
(Assignment: Site Location)
Plan, develop, implement and improve mine planning system, procedures and resources in order to support mining projects in term of technical services expertise for optimizing company”s mining operation.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in mining engineering.
2. With at least 10 years mine experience and minimum 3 years in managerial position.
3. Excellent communication both in English & Indonesian.
4. Outstanding analysis skills.
5. Strong capability / exposure to mine plan software.
Responsibilities:
1. Control, monitor and liaise with Project Managers to foster efficient mining operations through competent Technical services skills and disciplines.
2. Control, monitor and liaise with project manager in communicate ideas, systems, designs, procedures and standards in mining operation to ensure the adherence of those new policies.
3. Develop and monitor monthly reporting format for the Mining business line and coordinate the timely completion by all Project Managers to ensure monthly reporting timeliness and conform with standard format.
4. Provide support to all tenders / proposals prepared by the Mining business line to ensure the reliability of all tenders / proposals prior to submission.
5. Coach and mentor of technical support staff and key national staff in order to assist them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts.
6. Monitor, support and liaise with HR department to facilitate the graduate development program in order to participate in developing new talents.
MINING - MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COORDINATOR
(Location : Jakarta)
Responsible in develop, maintain, and review a proactive, efficient and effective Mining Management System with complete control over its operations via documented and dynamically changed processes, policies and procedures.
Requirement:
1. Min Bachelor Degree in Mining.
2. Recent exposure to Management System activity would be regarded as a plus but the right candidate will be able to learn on the job.
3. Prior experience on involved in the corporate processes function such as change management process, procurement process, engineering and construction process, funding approval process, software testing, system security, service level agreements, corporate shared services.
4. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with top leadership and meticulous with excellent writing skill and good communication skill.
5. Possess high integrity and a strong commitment to achieving industry best practices and possess a high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment that strives to exceed expectations.
6. Able to use / familiar with the following document management tools: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft FrontPages, Notepad, Adobe Acrobat Reader/Writer, Intranet/Internet environment, IGrafx Flowcharter.

Responsibilities:
1) Monitor, maintain, and register all document index in Mining Management System.
2) Monitors day-to-day Mining management system operation and does a periodically reviews of the Mining Management System.
3) Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested.
4) Develops and provides a periodically reviews, updates, revises policies & procedures for the Mining operation and its related activities.
5) Evaluate the mining processes, systems, and technology and recommend changes in policy, guidelines, or procedure that will improve the quality of the organization”s finished products.
MINING ENGINEER
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Prepare short term mine planning/scheduling and production analysis to effectively support the mining operations to achieve performance within budget.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years experience in mining industry
2. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
3. Knowledge of best practice in Project Management
4. Willing to be placed in all company”s site locations
5. Good command in English written and verbal
6. Familiar with Mining software
7. Familiar with mining software: Minescape, Xpac, Surpac, Talpac
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and analyse project performance data related to productivity, cost & safety utilising company”s standard systems in order to ensure data reliability.
2. Contribute to the development of the short term detailed mine execution plans to integrate with the mining operations (utilising Surpac mine planning software).
3. Monitor and coordinate engineering activities to ensure efficient production of engineering plans to meet contract program requirements.
4. Analyse and identify engineering problems in order to propose solutions and expedite actions regarding the client agreement where necessary.
5. Review client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
6. Prepare data for the progress claim report to be reviewed by the Engineering Superintendent.
7. Collect data related to subcontractor performance in order to prepare summary reports required for the project.
8. Support and cooperate with site survey team in order to analyse progress surveys and haul profile surveys.
9. Coaching and mentoring of graduate mining engineers, mining engineers and technical assistants in order to provide technical support.
10. Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimise exposure to personnel and the environment.
MINING SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Monitor and control mining operation in term of support mining project manager to ensure production is achieved in accordance with BMP (Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with company”s project safety and environmental policy.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree in mining
2. Min. 8 years previous experiences in mining operation (production).
3. Fluent in English, written and verbal
4. Familiar with mining software
5. Good communication and leadership skill
6. Willing to be placed in all company location
7. Excellent computer skill
8. Certified in POP (hold POM certificate will be a plus)
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and monitor mining operations staff on their day to day mining operation, monitor and control mining equipment usage to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations in order to achieve production targets and schedule in line with the mine plan.
2. Develop and monitor weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.
3. Support and monitor the implementation of long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process, provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control achieving the long term mine plan.
4. Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer.
5. Maintain communication and coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance in order to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment.
6. Lead, coach and manage subordinate including recruitment and provide a proper development and succession plan for them, Promote and develop an open ethical work environment in order to maintain subordinate in attract, motive and retain.
7. Maintain and implementing HSE programs by minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks from the planning phase of the work packages and during daily operational to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
MINING SUPERVISOR
(Assignment:Kalimantan)
Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English, written and verbal
2. Familiar with mining software
3. Having at least 4 years of experience in the similar role (as Mining Supervisor)
4. Certified in POP
5. Understand the SHE aspects of mining operations
6. Good communication and leadership skill
7. Willing to be placed in all company location
8. Excellent computer skill
9. May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
2. Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance.
3. Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations for the benefit of the Project Manager.
4. Coordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team to ensure smooth operations at loading points.
5. Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and accurate reports on project progress as requires by the project.
6. Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance department to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization in achieving production target.
7. Minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.
SENIOR MINING ENGINEER
(Assignment: Jakarta & Central Kalimantan)
Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to produce systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
2. Min. 4 years experiences as a Mining Engineer in open-cut mining
3. Fluent in English, written and verbal
4. Willing to be placed in all company”s locations or Jakarta
5. May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements “
Responsibilities:
1) Prepare, analyze and adjust data of production, record details of the day”s work on a daily report pad in order to establish project performance report.
2) Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite client agreement where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the works.
3) Review client specifications, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
4) Complete daily timesheets, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibility.
5) Prepare data of real/ technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose.
6) Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required, in order to provide site operations support.
7) Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
