DRILLING MATERIAL MAN - Gresik (Jawa Timur)
Qualification & Experience:
- Has 3 years experience in warehousing, material systems, logistics, and/or supply base, in oil & gas industry/PSC
- Familiar with SAP and knowledgeable on rigging & HSE
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or other related discipline from accredited college or university
- Good command in English, both written and speaking
- Computer literacy
- Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO), Gresik – Lamongan base
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Under direction & supervision of Superintendent FLO, he/she must ensure availability and proper storage of all drilling and completion equipment and the maintenance of tools related to these activities
- Liaise with Supply Chain Department to ensure that Drilling and Well Services materials are stored properly and maintained in a readily available condition
- Monitoring daily activities of Drilling Rig Site in material issues, receipt, material request, material storage & crew change to ensure successful in accomplishing their daily duties and responsibilities coordinating with R/O Lamongan, PHE Dispatcher, & FLO Supply Chain Team
- Monitoring stock of wellhead equipment in a state of observable readiness in the Well Services Workshop
- Responsible for all Drilling job that is done in the sore base (Tubular Inspection, Modification & Fabrication materials, Mixing Brine)
- Involved in process of delivery materials, starting from preparation until loading the vessel
