SOLUTION ARCHITECT - APPLICATION PERFORMANCE MONITORING - Aceh, Bali, Bengkulu, Papua
Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience with successful design, deployment and transition to support in Microsoft System Center Orchestrator and Configuration Manager/Settings Manager
  • Ability to successfully balance technology challenges and delivering viable business solutions.  
  • Effective balance of incident management and project work
  • Background in Infrastructure/OS Reference Architecture
  • Experienced in dealing with Application Performance monitoring/engineering concepts
  • Bachelors Degree in an IT related field or equivalent 6 + year experience
  • Experience as a technical platform lead
  • Strong analytical ability to develop technology to meet business requirement
  • Microsoft Powershell and/or other Scripting/Programming languages
  • Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle Database Design and Administration
  • Soft Skills
  • Positive Can Do attitude and creativity to work around problems
  • Flexible to work hours due to US Houston based headquarter
  • Desired / Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Experience highly desired
  • Experience in SAP, Hyperion, Maximo a plus

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Able to translate business requirements into technical designs leveraging Microsoft System Center Operation Manager and other suite of performance monitoring technologies.  
  • Responsible for successful enterprise wide application monitoring platform deployment and daily maintenance  
  • Under limited supervision, identify application monitoring service gaps and articulate recommendations as well as solve complex IT problems for enterprise applications.
  • Interacts with vendors and other functional teams in order to restore services and correct core problems.
  • Handles and tracks routine incidents and problems escalated by the solutions center and provides resolutions.   
  • Configure and deploy solutions in accordance with agreed upon SLAs.
  • May be required to participate in on-call rotation. Independently develops approach to perform assignments, receiving technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.  
  • Handles special project as needed.
