CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing excellent service to the customer, the customer mendampingin requiring consultation on credit procedures, receive customer complaints and search for the best way to resolve the problem with the help of supervisor. That requires the ability to serve others, collaboration and persuasive communication.
General Requirements:
• Min. D3 with GPA min. 3.0
• Age not more than 30 years
• Have a strong energy to achieve individual and team targets
• Independent and has a strong desire to learn
• Ability to work with others and have the ability to establish strong relationships
• Have experience as a Customer Service Officer at least 1 year
• Ability to work under pressure
• High integrity
